Table of Contents

QSQ-1700A-26P is a high-performance bridge multi piece combination saw launched by Wanlong Times Technology Co., Ltd. It is designed for batch cutting of medium to high-end stone blocks such as granite and marble. The equipment is equipped with 26 diamond saw blades, which can cut raw materials into multiple specification plates at once, combining high efficiency and high precision, making it an ideal choice for large and medium-sized stone processing enterprises.

Core Highlights

⚡ Efficient production – cutting 26 saw blades simultaneously, producing multiple sheets at once, significantly improving unit time output

🎯 Accurate cutting – PLC intelligent control combined with high-precision encoder, good consistency of sheet thickness and smooth surface

🔧 Stable and durable – hydraulic lifting+chrome plated guide post+multiple seals, fearless of dust and water mist environment

💰 Cost saving – placing raw materials directly on the ground, saving the cost of purchasing and maintaining material trucks

Main technical features

Intelligent control system

Adopting PLC programmable controller combined with human-computer interaction interface, coupled with ultra-high precision rotary encoder for shard positioning. The cutting method, number of saw blades, plate thickness, feed depth, feed speed and other parameters can be set arbitrarily according to the type of stone, achieving “one click production”.

A stable and reliable lifting mechanism

The saw blade lifting adopts hydraulic drive, combined with chrome plated guide columns and wear-resistant guide sleeves, with small clearance, wear resistance and beautiful appearance. The guide sleeve is designed with a multi-layer sealing structure inside, which has triple protection of waterproof, dustproof, and leak proof, significantly improving the service life of the equipment.

Efficient feed transmission

The front and rear slicing motion is driven by a high-precision screw nut pair, achieving automatic and precise slicing. The key components are made of imported high-quality accessories to ensure long-term stability and reliability during operation.

Simplify the ground layout

Raw materials can be directly placed on the ground for cutting without the need for a material cart, which not only saves the cost of purchasing a material cart but also eliminates daily maintenance expenses, while simplifying the operation process.

Applicable scenarios

Stone processing plant: Batch cutting production of granite and marble slabs

Quarry: on-site cutting and processing of raw materials to reduce transportation costs

High end stone engineering: projects with high requirements for cutting accuracy and board consistency
